CNN anchor: Trump employing ‘wag the dog’ strategy

During a panel discussion on President Trump’s threat to Iran on Twitter, CNN’s Alisyn Camerota and John Berman said Trump is repeatedly using his tweets to distract and compared the strategy to “wagging the dog.”
