Borrelli, a former financial agent for the Conservative party, is the first person to publicly state an intention to run as a Liberal in Windsor West. “I’ve been a Liberal all my life but I did basically look at the Conservatives for a while,” said Borrelli. “If I do become a candidate, I will try my best to change Windsor and make sure Windsor is a place that will be recognized in the future,” said Borrelli.
