Canada to legalise cannabis to help them cope with living next to Trump’s America

Canada are on the verge of legalising cannabis for recreational use to help the entire nation cope with the stress of living next to Donald Trump’s America. The bill to legalise recreational marijuana across Canada passed through the House of Commons by 205-82 and will now be sent back to the upper chamber for final approval. The decision to legalise cannabis was made by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau who believes his people need to be able to access the drug to cope with the stress of living next to the USA. ‘It’s always been tough living next to the US but now it’s tougher than ever. I believe the Canadian people both need and deserve to be able to smoke cannabis to put up with it,’ said Trudeau. Top government scientists are already working on an approved strain of cannabis that will be sold in dispensaries nationwide. ‘We’ve created a strain that blends the flavours of marijuana, maple syrup and Tim Hortons’ coffee. We call it Canadabis,’ said Dr Chong of the Canadian Science Institute. Canadabis is expected to be available in approved dispensaries by September.
