Let’s Grow Our Own Farm Workers. But globalism also has its discontents, none less acknowledged than the American farm worker. In 1870, at the height of the labor market in agriculture, fully half of all working Americans were employed in the agriculture industry. Chavez organized major labor strikes against U.S. farmers, resulting in some cases, massive shortages and price increases in agricultural staples. First, farming organizations began to break the organized labor stranglehold on production by secretly importing undocumented workers from Mexico. But it was sold to the American consumer as a way of getting goods on the table at lower cost. It takes both workers and consumers to drive the type of economic growth America needs now. It is that America – and especially the Republican Party – is going to have to come to terms with organized labor. American voters are not likely to return to farming and other industries under the same working conditions as undocumented immigrants. On the other hand, both producers and consumers of American agricultural products are going to have to adjust to the higher costs of labor that will necessarily arise when American citizens are called upon to take over the jobs currently occupied by undocumented immigrants.

The campaign manufactures T-shirts emblazoned with the Orwellian phrases "Abortion is freedom" and "Everyone knows I had an abortion." In the last few days, a video surfaced of radical-feminist actress Martha Plimpton interviewing abortion provider Dr. Willie Parker for a #ShoutYourAbortion event in Seattle. Being there was special because, as she noted: "I also had my first abortion here at the Seattle Planned Parenthood! This resulted in sustained applause and cheers. The feminists are so ethically obtuse they want to compare their abortion experiences to reviews of a Chinese restaurant. Removing the stigma clearly requires denying the unborn baby has any humanity. Parker energetically denied science in this War on Stigma. He joked, "If you really believe that abortion is murder, call 911 and see if the police will come to an abortion clinic." "I've never killed a baby," he claimed. Like, start crying a little bit every time you think about him kind of hero."

North Korea Steps Up Nuclear Threats on US, As Trump Seeks Tougher Economic Sanctions. First and foremost, North Korea has become far more threatening and belligerent lately, stepping up its nuclear ballistic missile threats with its most ominous warning this week: the U.S. “will receive more ‘gift packages’… as long as it relies on reckless provocations and futile attempts” against their country. “I am proud of saying that just two days ago on the 3rd of September DPRK [the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea] successfully carried out a hydrogen bomb test” for for [an] intercontinental ballistic missile, he told the forum. As for plans by the Trump administration, the U.N. and North Korea’s neighbors, to impose tougher economic sanctions on the DPRK, Han dismissed them out of hand. “The DPRK will never under any circumstances put its nuclear deterrence on the negotiating table.” Nevertheless, the U.S. and its allies sent a stern warning this week that new sanctions will be imposed. “We look forward to working with our partners in the [Security] Council with regard to a new resolution that will put some of the strongest sanctions possible on the DPRK,” said U.S. disarmament ambassador Robert Wood. “It can no longer be business as usual with this regime,” he said. But in a series of contradictory statements that followed, the president said he loved and admired these so-called “dreamers” and gave Congress six months to come up with a plan to “fix” the problem, presumably including a way to allow them to remain in our country. On other fronts, Trump was planning to end a free-trade agreement with South Korea, a move that is opposed by the director of his National Economic Council and his national security adviser. With North Korea threatening it’s neighbors with nuclear annihilation, including our ally in Seoul, this is no time to be undercutting South Korea’s economy.

Steve Bannon: Bishops Support the Undocumented So They Can Fill Pews. Former White House strategist Steve Bannon argued that Catholic bishops in the United States only support undocumented immigrants because they need them to fill the pews. In an interview with CBS News' Charlie Rose, Bannon, who is Catholic, criticized bishops' support for recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival program, which President Trump recently moved to end in six months. "They need illegal aliens," Bannon, who is Catholic, told CBS News' Charlie Rose. "They need illegal aliens to fill the churches. That's—it's obvious on the face of it." A number of prominent bishops voiced their opposition to the Trump Administration's move to end DACA. The interview is Bannon's first televised one since he left the White House in August, following months of reported controversy with his West Wing colleagues. After he left the White House, Bannon resumed his position as Chairman of Breitbart News. "O ur purpose is to support Donald Trump."
