Democrats are moving to a vote to hold Trump Attorney General Bill Barr in contempt, after he blew past Congress’s deadline to provide the full unredacted Mueller report. Barr would be the first Attorney General to be held in contempt during the first year on the job. House Judiciary Vice Chair Mary Gay Scanlon tells Ari Melber Barr has “left us no option” if he’s “not willing to negotiate in good faith.”
