Actor Don Cheadle hosted Saturday Night Live this week, and one of the stories to come out of the show was not from the sketches but from Cheadle’s wardrobe choices between skits, which he used to make powerful political statements. When introducing musical guest Gary Clark Jr. for the second time, Cheadle donned a black t-shirt with the words: “Protect trans kids” on the front.
