US House Democratic candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez responded to President Donald Trump’s claims that much of the deaths in Puerto Rico from Hurricane Maria were due to the failing of the local government by saying that there is a systematic problem with how the US treats its citizen in Puerto Rico.
