There isn’t. We cannot allow that room to exist. Compromise or unity with the GOP is what they will ask for when the dust settles and the Democrats are in power again, whether that’s in 2018 or 2020. And if we truly want to win this war – and it is a war – then we cannot allow that message to be accepted.
