The Trump administration says it will meet tomorrow’s court ordered deadline to reunify migrant families separated at the border. The Justice Department now says that only applies to “eligible parents.” Ali Velshi and Stephanie Ruhle are joined by former director of the Office of Refugee Resettlement Robert Carey to discuss what happens to other parents who might not be considered eligible and their children.
