The Justice Department’s Inspector General released a report Thursday stating there was no evidence of political bias influencing the FBI’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation. The report also pointed out that some text messages between FBI agents “cast a cloud” over the probe. NBC’s Pete Williams reports.
